The Criminal Justice Section

concerns itself with substantive and procedural criminal law, law enforcement trends and initiatives and educating the criminal law bar and the judiciary on these issues. We sponsor CLE at the State Bar Annual Meeting, State Bar of Texas webcasts on criminal law matters, and are a co-sponsors of the State Bar of Texas Advanced Criminal Law Course. We publish a monthly newsletter to our members entitled Interesting Cases.
