Welcome to the Criminal Justice Section website.  We are a Section of the State Bar of Texas.

The Criminal Justice Section of the State Bar of Texas concerns itself with law enforcement and substantive and procedural criminal law. The section also sponsors annual institutes at the State Bar Annual Meeting and throughout the year, and publishes regular newsletter.

This website is intended to provide a medium through which members of the section may share knowledge, resources, and experience, for the mutual benefit of all those involved in criminal justice.
